Raytheon Company and Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Inc. announced the new $5 million multi-year commitment and will provide enhanced technology centers and support for after-school science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) programming to children of military families. Working in partnership, Raytheon and Boys & Girls Clubs of America will establish 'Centers of Innovation' at BGCA-affiliated Youth Centers on U.S. military installations. Griswell and Niccol join a board including many other prominent leaders from the business, civic, academic and entertainment fields, including: Rick Goings, chairman/CEO, Tupperware Brands Corporation; Condoleezza Rice, former U.S. Secretary of State and Senior Fellow, Stanford University; Thomas J. Falk, chairman/CEO, Kimberly-Clark Corporation; Carrie Schwab-Pomerantz, president, Charles Schwab Foundation; Emil J. Brolick, president/CEO, The Wendy's Company; and Denzel Washington, Academy Award-winning actor.
