Philip B. Toran, Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin Chairman and head of its professional liability department, has retired from the firm due to medical issues. He will be succeeded as chairman of the executive committee by President & CEO Thomas A. Brophy while shareholders Christopher E. Dougherty and Eric A. Fitzgerald have been named director and assistant director of the professional liability department.
