Altice To Reportedly Sell SAPO

Altice S.A. (ENXTAM:ATC) is considering the sale of SAPO, Sol reported. A source close to the process said that Altice does not rule out proceeding initially with a restructuring of SAPO to optimize its structures and achieve greater cash inflow from the sale of the asset. The sale of SAPO will take place in the second half of 2015.

Vodafone Is In Early Talks With Altice To Acquire Cabovisão

Vodafone Group Public Limited Company (LSE:VOD) is in early talks to acquire Cabovisão-Televisão por Cabo S.A. from Altice S.A. (ENXTAM:ATC). The sale process is at an early stage and is expected to last through the summer. The acquisition of Portugal Telecom by Altice is reportedly conditional upon the sale of Altice’s Portuguese businesses Oni and Cabovisão.

Altice Reportedly To Sell Stake In ONITELECOM By April

As reported by Portuguese business daily Economico, Altice S.A. (ENXTAM:ATC) is planning to sell stake in ONITELECOM - Infocomunicações S.A. by April, according to Dexter Goei, Chief Executive Officer of Altice. The Economico further reports that the idea was floated by Dexter Goei at a meeting with telecoms trade union SINDETELCO late last week.
