Altice S.A. (ENXTAM:ATC) is considering the sale of SAPO, Sol reported. A source close to the process said that Altice does not rule out proceeding initially with a restructuring of SAPO to optimize its structures and achieve greater cash inflow from the sale of the asset. (ENXTAM:ATC) is planning to sell stake in ONITELECOM - Infocomunicações S.A. by April, according to Dexter Goei, Chief Executive Officer of Altice. The Economico further reports that the idea was floated by Dexter Goei at a meeting with telecoms trade union SINDETELCO late last week.
