(LegacyTexas) announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which LegacyTexas will merge into ViewPoint and, immediately thereafter, ViewPoint's bank subsidiary, ViewPoint Bank, N.A., will merge into LegacyTexas' subsidiary bank, LegacyTexas Bank.
