Applied Predictive Technologies (APT) announced sales results for the month ended September 2015. For the period, the company reported APT Index of in-store retail sales was up 1.8% nationwide compared to September of last year, driven by a 1.9% increase in transaction size. Sales for Labor Day Weekend were up 5.2%, as the weekend began in September this year versus August last year.
KFC Signs License Agreement with Applied Predictive Technologies, Inc

Applied Predictive Technologies announced that KFC UK and Ireland has signed an agreement to license the company’s Test & Learn for Sites software to test business initiatives across its restaurants. KFC UKI also uses the company’s Test & Learn for Customers software to optimise their customer-targeted initiatives. With this agreement, KFC UK and Ireland joins other leading restaurants–including Pizza Hut Restaurants UK, Costa, SUBWAY, Starbucks, Wendy’s and Dunkin’ Donuts–that use the company’s cloud-based software to improve guest experience and profitability. KFC has been using the company’s software to understand how customers respond to the restaurant remodel programme, fine tune operational initiatives, and identify how customers will respond to new products.
Asahi Breweries Signs License Agreement with Applied Predictive Technologies

Applied Predictive Technologies announced that Asahi Breweries has signed an agreement to license APT’s Test & Learn® software. Asahi will leverage APT’s software to identify, measure, and improve key initiatives across their sales, marketing, pricing, and retail operations. Asahi has already started using APT’s software to further fine-tune their support for restaurant partners. APT collaborated with an IT Service Provider, ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation, and worked with Asahi to pilot the Test & Learn® software. During the pilot, the software helped Asahi analyze multiple high-potential initiatives.
