Elliot Aviation announced that it has hired Mitch Boyles as Director of Avionics at their MRO facility in Moline, IL. With 20 years of business aviation experience and 40 years of total aviation experience, Mitch has served in avionics management roles at Gulfstream, Midcoast Aviation, StandardAero, StarPort Aviation and AMI Aviation Services. Boyles will manage over 35 employees and oversee avionics MRO and installations at company’s maintenance facility in Moline, IL. He will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing company’s Garmin G1000 and G5000 programs as well as ADS-B installations. Mitch started his aviation experience in the United States Air Force in 1977 where he served until 1985. He then worked for the Georgia Air National Guard maintaining C130H aircraft and managed a staff of 15. He started his career in business aviation in 1997 as a Senior Avionics Test Technician with Gulfstream and eventually worked his way to Avionics Manager. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for managing work forces of up to 400 employees.

Elliott Aviation Hires Mike Menard as Vice President of Operations At Moline Headquarters

Elliott Aviation announced that the hires Mike Ménard As Vice President of Operations at their headquarters in Moline, IL (KMLI). With over 20 years of business aviation aviation experience, Mike has served in Vice President roles at StandardAero, Dassault Aircraft Services, and most recently, Ace Precision Machining. Mike started his aviation career with the Royal Canadian Air Force as an aircraft maintenance officer in positions ranging from Avionics Support and IT at 412 Squadron to Deputy Aircraft Engineering Officer for the RCAF’s CT-114 Tutor aircraft fleet. He started his Corporate Aviation career at StandardAero as Director of Engineering for the PT6 business unit and capped off his 15-year tenure with the company spending six years as Vice President and General Manager of their Springfield, IL (KSPI) business aviation service center. As Vice President and General Manager of Dassault Aircraft Services, he was responsible for the Wilmington, DE (KILG) service center as well as 3 satellite locations, an FBO, and a structural repair facility. In that capacity, he helped improve customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries through project and process improvements.

Elliott Aviation has hired Michael Parrish as Senior Director of Regional Sales & Business Development. He was most recently employed with Standard Aero as Director of Regional Sales. Parrish has over 25 years of aviation experience including roles in the United States Air Force, Global Aviation, McKechnie Aerospace and Standard Aero. Over his career, he has received several awards including the President’s Award for sales excellence, the Veterans of Foreign Wars Creative Writing Award and the Sikorsky Helicopter Lifesaving Rescue Award for a lifesaving rescue with a Sikorsky product. Parrish will be responsible for leading and growing the Regional Sales Manager team to include Elliott Aviation’s Branch Sales Manager. He will also be an active member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team.
