TG Announces Executive Appointments

TG announced three new additions to its board of directors. The new members are Renard Johnson of El Paso, Edward Escudero of El Paso, and Dennis Moroney of San Antonio. Renard Johnson is the president and CEO of Management and Engineering Technologies International Inc. (METI), headquartered in El Paso. Johnson serves as a director for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He also is a member of the Educate Texas and Texas Student Success Councils, and a recipient of the UTEP College of Business Gold Nugget Award. Edward Escudero is the president and CEO of High Desert Capital, LLC. He currently serves on numerous boards, including El Paso Electric Company, Medical Center of the Americas Foundation, WestStar Bank, El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the University of Texas at El Paso (Centennial Commission). Dennis Moroney has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held seniorlevel positions at Citicorp, Macy's NY, USAA, and Chevy Chase Bank. He has served on numerous boards including the National Foundation for Consumer Counseling, Consumer Credit Counseling of Greater Washington, and Fairfax County Education Foundation. Most recently, he served on the board of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of San Antonio.
