Inergy Automotive Systems announced that John Dunn, 47, has been named president and CEO of Inergy Automotive Systems, the Americas effective April 21, 2014. Mark Sullivan, former president and CEO, the Americas has been named chief operating officer of Inergy Automotive Systems, headquartered in Levallois-Perret, France, a newly-created position. In his role as president and CEO, the Americas, Dunn is responsible for the profitability and growth of Inergy's Americas operations. In this position, he will report to Mark Sullivan. Sullivan will continue to report to Pierre Lecocq in his role as COO. Prior to joining Inergy, Dunn served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility with Brose North America, leading up to his final role as president. In these roles, Dunn was responsible for the financial results and performance of the company's eight North American plants.
