Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. and Community Coffee Company Announce Partnership

Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. announced a multi-year licensing, manufacturing, and distribution agreement to bring Community(R) coffee to Keurig(R) portion pack formats for consumer and commercial Keurig(R) hot brewing systems. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed. With this new agreement consumers in the U.S. will soon enjoy their favorite Community(R) coffee varieties with Keurig simplicity at the touch of a button. The new, licensed Community(R) coffee K-Cup(R) packs plan to launch in spring 2015 for in home and away from home use, with extensions into K-Carafe(TM) packs for the Keurig(R) 2.0 brewing system and Bolt(R) packs for the Keurig(R) BOLT(R) Carafe Brewing System in the future. All Community(R) coffee K-Cup(R) packs will be marked with the Keurig Brewed(R) seal indicating the product has passed rigorous testing, assuring the quality, taste, and integrity consumers expect from the Keurig(R) brand.

Community Coffee Company, LLC has named Scott Eckert as vice president of marketing and Charles Graffeo as vice president of supply chain. The company also has promoted David Fahr to director of technology. Eckert has held senior marketing positions for consumer goods companies such as ConAgra Foods. He also has marketed brands such as Orville Redenbacher, Slim Jim and David's Sunflower Seeds. Graffeo joined Community in 2006 as general manager of manufacturing, was promoted in 2008 to director of supply chain and recently assumed senior responsibilities of the e-commerce sales division.
