Neovia Logistics announced it has been awarded a five-year and eight-month contract with Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe NV (HCME) to takeover and manage its warehouse operations in Oosterhout (Breda), The Netherlands. Starting May, 2015, per terms of the newly awarded contract, Neovia will takeover the people and assets required to manage HCME's warehouse operations, transportation and distribution of Hitachi machinery spare parts in Europe. Federal Aviation Administration Proposes $116,250 Civil Penalty against Neovia Logistics Services for Alleged Hazardous Materials Violations

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a civil penalty of $116,250 against Neovia Logistics Services, LLC for allegedly violating Hazardous Materials Regulations. The FAA alleges that on July 11, 2014, Neovia offered a package of six one-gallon containers of corrosive liquid to UPS for shipment by air. A UPS employee discovered the hazardous material after the shipment began leaking. The FAA alleges the package was not declared to contain hazardous materials and the materials offered were not properly classed, described, packaged, marked, labeled and in proper condition for shipment under the Hazardous Materials Regulations. Further, the FAA alleges Neovia provided no emergency response information with the package. Neovia has 30 days after receipt of the FAA’s enforcement letter to respond to the Agency.
Neovia Announces Extension of the Expiration Time for the 2020 Notes Consent Solicitation

Neovia Logistics, L.L.C. announced that Neovia Logistics Services, LLC and Neovia Logistics Finance Corporation are extending the Expiration Time of their previously announced solicitation of consents upon the terms and subject to the conditions set in a consent solicitation statement, as amended and the accompanying form of consent sent to the holders of record at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on October 27, 2014 of their outstanding 8.875% Senior Notes due 2020, to amend certain provisions of the Indenture governing the 2020 Notes, dated as of July 31, 2012, as supplemented, among the 2020 Notes Issuer, the 2020 Notes Co-Issuer, the guarantors named therein and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee. The Consent Solicitation Statement shall be amended in respect of the 2020 Notes Consent Solicitation to extend the Expiration Time for the 2020 Notes Consent Solicitation to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on November 12, 2014, unless extended or terminated by the 2020 Notes Issuers. Except as described herein, the other terms of the 2020 Notes Consent Solicitation remain unchanged. Moreover, the 2020 Notes Issuers are not extending the right of Holders to revoke or withdraw their Consents beyond 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on November 10, 2014. Holders who have previously delivered 2020 Notes Consents do not need to redeliver such 2020 Notes Consents or take any other action in response to this announcement in order to consent or receive the 2020 Notes Consent Fee upon the successful conclusion of the 2020 Notes Consent Solicitation. The 2020 Notes Consent Solicitation is subject to certain terms and conditions, as set fully in the Consent Solicitation Statement and related documents. The Consent Solicitation Statement and related documents contain important information, and Holders should read them carefully before making any decision with respect to the 2020 Notes Consent Solicitation.
