Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide announced two executive-level new hires and a C-suite promotion at the New Jersey- and New York-based agencies. Ogilvy CommonHealth Wellness Marketing, located in New Jersey, has elevated Brian Doherty from EVP, managing director to EVP, director of client services. Mr. Doherty, with the network for 17 years, will now be tasked with establishing and maintaining client relationships and service standards, as well as driving the development of high-level strategic and tactical plans for all of the agency's accounts. Johanna Skilling has joined the Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide network as EVP, director of planning, U.S. In her new position, Ms. Skilling will be tasked with leading Planning at the organization's primary U.S. offices in New Jersey and New York, overseeing and building the teams' talent base, strategic offerings, thought leadership and client engagements. Ms. Skilling has held senior-level planning positions at agencies including Havas Health, Saatchi &Saatchi Wellness, and Wunderman Worldwide. Most recently, she was employed as president of The Strategy Accelerator, an independent strategic consultancy; Ms. Skilling continues to teach strategic planning at NYU's School of Professional Studies. Ogilvy Healthworld in New York has added Ken Jordan as EVP, brand lead to the group's roster. Mr. Jordan brings more than 25 years of executive-level healthcare communications and advertising experience to the agency across multiple therapeutic categories. In his new role, Mr. Jordan will provide strategic guidance to leadership, clients, and agency teams, with a particular focus on brand building and positioning. Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide has appointed Tugce Suyabatmaz as business director for its Ogilvy CommonHealth agency based in Turkey. Through Ms Suyabatmaz's promotion to business director, she replaces Savas Zeren, who left the group at the end of June. In her new position, Ms Suyabatmaz will be responsible for overseeing all of the agency's accounts, strategic planning and new business initiatives, as well as the management of the office's day-to-day operations. Ms Suyabatmaz's has been part of the Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide network for more than eight years. Ms Suyabatmaz will report directly to Gloria Gibbons, President, EAME, Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide and joins Aytul Ozkan, Julide Ozgul and Ms Gibbons as part of the management team for Ogilvy CommonHealth in Turkey.

Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide announced three new hires and one promotion within the network's US-based digital team. After an eight-year hiatus from the company, Russell Grimaldi has rejoined the Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide organization as EVP, client engagement/customized solutions. Russell will work closely with the Digital Skill Center as well as OCHWW's Connecticut-based market access group to develop integrated, cross-functional innovative solutions to meet the ever-evolving needs of clients in this dynamic marketplace. Prior to rejoining OCHWW, Mr. Grimaldi was a partner at HealthTalker LLC. Chris Cullmann has also returned to the network as SVP, director of engagement strategy in the Parsippany, NJ office. In his new role, Mr. Cullmann will build upon his seven-plus years of experience with OCHWW to maximize the impact of web, mobile, social, and interactive media marketing for superior brand communications. Additionally, he will be working with internal planning, research, technology, creative, and account teams to identify opportunities for new innovations and to develop best practices for reaching pharma marketers' customers. Prior to coming back to OCHWW, Mr. Cullmann was the director of digital strategy for Coyne PR. Jonathan Ziegel has signed on with the digital team in the New York office as VP, engagement strategy. As such, Ziegel will oversee user experience and digital strategy across the agency's brands. He brings with him more than a decade of healthcare marketing experience, and a heightened focus on social media. Mr. Ziegel was previously VP, digital strategy at inVentiv Digital+Innovation. Martha Walz has been promoted from senior content strategist to VP, content strategy. In her new position, Ms. Walz will be tasked with building content architecture, strengthening the role of both visual and text-based content, and ensuring clients' brands are discoverable in new media. Walz has tenured with the organization for the past three years and in that time has authored white papers and perspective pieces covering topics including the FDA's social media guidelines, Apple's ResearchKit mobile science platform, and the role of mobile platforms for pharmaceutical brands.
