Massachusetts Port Authority named Deborah Hadden to oversee operations at the agency's non-aviation properties. In the role, Hadden will be responsible for directing the planning, development, marketing, operation, security, financial management, administration, and maintenance of the port. Hadden had been acting director since last October. During that time she implemented productivity gains at Conley Terminal, as part of successful negotiations with the International Longshoreman's Association in a local contract. She also led successful negotiations with MSC, Conley's busiest steamship line, and secured a new six-year agreement with Cosco.
Rachael Rollins to Join Massport as Chief Legal Counsel

The Massachusetts Port Authority announced that Rachael Rollins will become Massport's Chief Legal Counsel effective Sep. 3. She will oversee legal activity in all functional areas including real estate, construction, litigation, employment and ethics, maritime, aviation, security and public finance. She comes to Massport from MassDOT where she was the General Counsel responsible for all legal affairs for MassDOT and the MBTA.
