Mac Papers appointed Kathleen Wentworth as Director of Human Resources. Wentworth is now responsible for leading the company’s human and organizational initiatives, including strategic planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and acquisition integration. Wentworth replaces Darnell Babbit, Vice President of Human Resources, who has retired after 22 years with the company. Wentworth comes to Mac Papers with more than 23 years of human resources experience in the Jacksonville area. Most recently, she served for the last 12 years as Director of Human Resources at Jacksonville-based DPH Services LLC 'formerly ICS Logistics', where she managed the human resources infrastructure for the three-state. She was responsible for strategic and day-to-day human resource operations and counseled executives in key business initiatives.

Mac Papers announced Jeff Harris as vice president of Mac National, the national accounts segment of the company’s Paper & Print business. Harris is responsible for growing Mac Papers’ franchise and multi-location business by providing customers with tailored solutions that leverage Mac Papers’ supply chain expertise, distribution platform and supplier relationships. Harris previously served as director of Mac National. Harris will continue to drive the growth of national accounts that conduct business both in and outside of Mac Papers’ 22 branch locations across nine Southeastern states. Harris has 32 years of experience in the paper and printing industry, including more than 20 years at Unisource and leadership positions at RR Donnelley and Zellerbach.
RTI Digital Expands Dealer Network for the Memjet-Powered Vortex 4200 Wide Format Printer

RTI Digital, Ltd. announced a partnership with Mac Papers. This reseller agreement will expand the dealer network for RTI-Digital's Memjet-powered Vortex 4200 Wide Format printer and empower a community of commercial print shops to benefit from single pass printing technology. The company's new partnership with RTI-Digital demonstrates its dedication to working with best-in-class suppliers to help businesses and consumers deliver quality results, improve efficiency and increase their bottom lines. Mac Papers will be showcasing the Vortex 4200 printer at Graphics of the Americas Expo at booth 745. Mac Papers and RTI Digital will also be hosting open house events in Jacksonville, FL on March 5-7 at the Sawgrass Mariott; in Atlanta on March 26 at Mac Paper's Lithia Springs office; and in Charlotte, NC in early April. The partnership with Mac Papers is preceded by new dealer appointments with Miller Blueprint of Austin, Texas and United Reprographics of Seattle, Washington. Both Miller Blueprint and United Reprographics chose the Vortex 4200 to drive new equipment sales where customers benefit from the unprecedented quality and speed offered by the Vortex 4200 printer, and ultimately its ability to help end users reach greater efficiencies in print operations.
