Robin Galloway has joined The Schwan Food Company as its executive vice president of finance and chief financial officer. She brings two decades of finance experience with her to the position, having worked for corporations that develop and manufacture foods for both retail stores and food-service operators. Galloway is succeeding executive vice president and chief financial officer Jim Dollive, who will be retiring from The Schwan Food Company.

The Schwan Food Company announced that Dimitrios Smyrnios will serve as its next chief executive officer (CEO), succeeding Gregory Flack. The appointment is effective immediately. Smyrnios began his career with the Frito-Lay division at PepsiCo, where he spent eight years in progressive roles with sales and marketing. In 1993, Smyrnios joined Nestle Waters North America in southern California. He spent the last year with Nestle Dryer's Ice Cream Division as president.
