PNC Bank, N. A appointed Randy Wilhoit will serve as the new regional president, Brendan McGuire as head of Corporate Banking and Amber Scanlan as director of Client and Community Relations, effective Jan. 2, 2017. Randy Wilhoit currently serves as a senior executive in the Business Credit group where he leads new business development and transaction structuring initiatives for corporate and commercial banking clients in the region. He is a Baylor University graduate and Dallas-area resident with deep ties to the community. Wilhoit is a member of the Dallas chapter for the Association for Corporate Growth, the Turnaround Management Association, the Commercial Finance Association and the World Affairs Council of Dallas. Brendan McGuire will lead PNC's efforts to provide solutions to Dallas-area large and middle market companies. Currently, McGuire serves as a senior relationship manager in the Atlanta market where he focuses on technology, communications and fintech companies in the middle market and corporate finance segments. He joined PNC through its merger with RBC Bank (USA), where he led the Atlanta office for RBC's Knowledge Based Industries Group, working exclusively with technology, telecommunications and digital media companies. Brendan will be joined by Christian Brown, senior relationship manager for Large Corporate, and Brian Mack, associate relationship manager, as they continue to build out the team serving large and middle market clients in the region. As director of Client and Community Relations, Amber Scanlan will work with Wilhoit and the team to expand PNC's local charitable and sponsorship initiatives with a broad range of community organizations. Scanlan will transfer to Dallas from Alabama where she currently serves in that same role.

PNC Bank, N. A appointed Richard Bynum as regional president for the Greater Washington area, effective Jan. 1, 2017. Bynum succeeds Greater Washington president Michael N. Harreld who is transitioning to a new role as special advisor to the Chairman after 48 years of service to PNC. Bynum currently heads PNC's business banking unit and will return to Greater Washington where he previously served as retail market executive. He joined PNC in 2005 and has played key roles in launching several businesses and initiatives. Prior to joining PNC, Bynum served 12 years as a senior manager for the American Red Cross.

PNC Bank, N.A., announced that Louis R. Cestello will assume responsibility as regional president for Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania effective Jan. 1, 2017. Cestello succeeds Pittsburgh Regional President Sy Holzer, who is transitioning to a new role as special advisor to the Chairman after 45 years of service to PNC. Cestello is a PNC veteran who also will continue to serve as head of PNC's regional markets, which includes responsibility for 35 regional presidents in communities throughout the company's footprint. Previously, he led PNC's efforts in the South East, after the acquisition of RBC Bank (USA), and served as PNC's regional president for Greater Maryland following the acquisition of Mercantile Bankshares Corp. A Pittsburgh native, he joined PNC in 1990 as a management trainee and has held roles in several areas including corporate banking, corporate finance and credit. Cestello is a member of the board of directors for the PNC Foundation, Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, the Caves Valley Golf Club and The Duquesne Club, where he currently serves as president of the board. As special advisor to the Chairman, Holzer will help transition his extensive client and community relationships to Cestello and continue to help carry the PNC culture throughout the firm.
