Tapjoy Announces Promotion of Sean Lindsay to Chief Technology Officer

Tapjoy announced the promotion of Sean Lindsay to Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Lindsay will report to Tapjoy President and CEO, Steve Wadsworth, effective immediately. Mr. Lindsay has been a key leader at Tapjoy and guided the transformation of its engineering, technology and operations teams to deliver best-in-class software and systems for Tapjoy's platform. As CTO, Mr. Lindsay will be responsible for the technical direction and strategy of the system architecture and service operations at Tapjoy. He will continue to lead the company's Cambridge, Massachusetts technology center, and a team of more than 65 engineers globally. Mr. Lindsay joined Tapjoy as Vice President, Engineering through its acquisition of Viximo in 2012. He has been responsible for successfully stabilizing and scaling Tapjoy's infrastructure, substantially trimming operational costs, and delivering a number of innovative new products to serve customers' needs, as the company has grown to more than 500 million monthly active users and nearly three billion platform requests per day.
