The university hired Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. to market and broker the sale, St. John’s University announced on January 7, 2016. Pat Maxwell appoints as new director of the Donald McNeely Center for Entrepreneurship at the College of St. Benedict and St. John's University. Maxwell succeeds founding director Terri Barreiro, who retired after 10 years. He has worked as a board chairman, director, CEO, CFO, vice president and general counsel. Throughout the U.S., Europe and the Pacific Rim, he started, bought or led 20 businesses and nonprofits. Maxwell has served on St. John's board of regents and its national alumni board. He now serves on the Board of Overseers of the St. John's School of Theology-Seminary.
