Forever 21 continues its expansion of F21 RED with three new stores, 490 Fulton Street in Brooklyn, New York, 3535 Sports Arena Blvd. in San Diego, California, and 8505 Mills Drive in Kendall, Florida. The new stores will provide customers a large selection of on-trend staples for women, men and kids at entry-level price points including $7.90 denim, $5.90 tank tops, $3.90 t-shirts, and $1.90 camisoles. The Fulton Street store, located in the heart of Brooklyn is 35,000 square feet, while the San Diego and Kendall locations are more than 20,000 square feet.

Adidas Files Trademark Lawsuit against Forever 21 and Central Mills Inc

Adidas filed a trademark lawsuit against Forever 21 and Central Mills Inc. that alleges the companies violated Adidas' three-stripes trademark. The lawsuit claims the companies are selling apparel that bears too much similarity to Adidas products. Adidas seeks a court order to stop the sale of the apparel as well as damages. The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Portland.
