Adidas Files Trademark Lawsuit against Forever 21 and Central Mills Inc

Adidas filed a trademark lawsuit against Forever 21 and Central Mills Inc. that alleges the companies violated Adidas' three-stripes trademark. The lawsuit claims the companies are selling apparel that bears too much similarity to Adidas products. Adidas seeks a court order to stop the sale of the apparel as well as damages. The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Portland.
Forever 21 to Open the First Store in Québec at the Galeries de La Capitale

On July 11, 2015, the much awaited Forever 21 store will be opening officially at the Galeries de La Capitale shopping mall. The 18,945 sq. ft. location is the chain's first store in Québec. The Barnes & Noble bookstore at Winter Garden Village is set to replace. The 28,136-square-foot book store, which confirmed it would close this summer and is looking for another location in Winter Garden, is set to be replaced with F 21 Red, by Forever 21. Representatives from Forever 21 Inc. confirmed the store will be opening in late 2015. The F21 Red concept offers lower prices than traditional Forever 21 stores, with deals like $1.80 camisoles, $3.80 T-shirts and $7.80 jeans.
