Brasfield & Gorrie Completes Construction of Tractor Supply Company Headquarters in Tennessee

Brasfield & Gorrie has announced the completion of the new Tractor Supply Company corporate headquarters in Brentwood, Tennessee. The $59 million construction project included two four-story buildings totaling 260,000 sq ft as well as a connecting two-story atrium and a four-level parking deck with 1,000 spaces. Approximately 900 Tractor Supply Company employees have moved into the new facility, which is referred to as the Store Support Center and has a total capacity of 1,200.

Brasfield & Gorrie to Build Bridgestone HQ

Brasfield & Gorrie will be the general contractor for Bridgestone Americas' new corporate headquarters planned at Fourth Avenue South and Demonbreun Street in the area south of Broadway. Construction should start as soon as year's end pending approval of incentives by both Metro Council and the city's Industrial Development Board. The overall project represents a $232 million investment. Bridgestone signed a 20-year lease with renewal options to be the sole tenant of the building, which is also expected to include up to 7,700 square feet of ground-level retail space for a restaurant.

Carothers Construction Inc., Archer Western Construction LLC, Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors, Hensel Phelps Construction Co and M.A. Mortenson Construction Co. Win $240 Million Federal Contract

Carothers Construction Inc. was awarded a share of a federal contract valued at up to $240 million by the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, Florida, for construction projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast area of responsibility. Archer Western Construction LLC; Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors; Hensel Phelps Construction Co; and M.A. Mortenson Construction Co. shared in the award amount.
