Servco Pacific Inc. Announces Executive Changes

Servco Pacific Inc. has announced Rick Ching will be promoted to president effective April 1, 2016. The current president, Eric Fukunaga, is planning to retire on March 31. He will continue in an advisory role as vice chairman of the Servco board. Ching is currently the executive vice president and chief operating officer of Servco and president of Servco Automotive Hawaii. He will keep his COO title and role at Servco Automotive. The group has no plans to hire a new executive vice president. Ching plans to focus on customer service in his new role.

Servco Pacific Inc. Purchases 4-Acre Site at A&B Properties, Inc.' Maui Business Park

A&B Properties Inc. and Servco Pacific Inc. announced that A&B Properties' Maui Business Park II will be the site of Servco's newest Lexus and Subaru auto dealerships on Maui. The purchase of a 4-acre site within the Park for $8.2 million closed. Construction is scheduled to start in 2016, with completion scheduled in 2017.
