The Aerospace Corporation announced leadership changes effective April 1, 2015. Catherine Steele is the senior vice president of National Systems Group, and succeeds Dr. Manuel De Ponte, who retired on April 10, 2015. Steele was previously vice president, Strategic Space Operations, and oversaw several major mission areas including space situational awareness, space protection, small satellites, and nuclear operations. Steele is located in Aerospace's Chantilly, Virginia office. Dr. Charles L. 'Chuck' Gustafson is the senior vice president, Engineering and Technology Group, and succeeds Dr. Rami Razouk, who retired on April 10, 2015. Gustafson was previously general manager of the Launch Systems Division, where he was responsible for Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle new entrant certification activities, civil and commercial launch programs, and enterprise-level functions. The Aerospace Corporation has announced several leadership changes. Dr. Charles L. "Chuck" Gustafson, general manager for the Launch Systems Division, will be promoted to senior vice president, Engineering and Technology Group. This change will take effect on the retirement of the current ETG senior vice president, Dr. Rami Razouk, on April 1, 2015. Dr. Jeffery L. Emdee, general manager for Vehicle Systems Division, will replace Gustafson as general manager of Launch Systems Division. Dr. Eric K. Hall II, principal director for the Atlas V Directorate, will be promoted to general manager and will replace Emdee in the Vehicle Systems Division.
