Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC announced a number of senior management changes, effective August 1, 2015.
Mark Lashier, currently Executive Vice President, Olefins & Polyolefins, will become Executive Vice President,
Commercial. In his new role, Lashier will serve as the lead commercial executive for all product lines in
Chevron Phillips Chemical’s portfolio. Ron Corn, currently Senior Vice President, Specialties, Aromatics & Styrenics, will become Senior Vice President, Projects & Supply Chain. Corn will be responsible for the Projects organization, including the safe and successful execution of the company’s USGC Petrochemicals Project, and the formation of an integrated
supply chain organization serving all customers and product lines in the Chevron Phillips Chemical portfolio. Scott Sharp, currently Senior Vice President, Projects, will become Senior Vice President, Manufacturing, with functional responsibility for all of the company’s global manufacturing operations. Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC announced that effective June 1, 2014, Kate Holzhauser will join Chevron Phillips Chemical as vice president, environment, health, safety and security, replacing Don Lycette, who was recently named senior vice president, research and technology. Holzhauser joins Chevron Phillips Chemical from INEOS Nitriles, where she held the position of director and vice president, operations in its Rolle, Switzerland office. Holzhauser holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. Throughout her career she has held various roles of increasing responsibility in process and project engineering as well as technical, asset and business management for companies including Hoechst Celanese, Amoco, and BP. Holzhauser will to report to Pete Cella, president and chief executive officer.

Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC announced that effective May 1, 2014, Don Lycette has been appointed senior vice president, research and technology, replacing Dennis Holtermann who has elected to retire after 33 years of distinguished service with Chevron Phillips Chemical and Chevron Corporation. Lycette was previously vice president, environment, health, safety and security, a position he assumed in 2011. He joined Chevron Corporation in 1980 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, operations, planning, economics, project management, and business management. Lycette will continue to report to Pete Cella, president and chief executive officer.
