RPost announced the release of a major software update of its RMail® software app for Salesforce.com users. RMail App for Salesforce.com adds an all-in-one “Send: Track, Prove, Sign, Encrypt” button to the user interface, to permit users to send emails, quotes and contracts with options to encrypt the message body text only and/or attachments, record recipient electronic signatures, track opening of messages, and/or receive verifiable proof of time of message delivery and attached document content. These unique capabilities are also available in a complementary RMail app for Microsoft Outlook. These are essential messaging tools for insurance, health care, human resources, finance, and sales organizations, for legally verifiable delivery proof, tracking, encryption for data privacy compliance, and e-signatures for change orders and sales contracts. The RPost app provides for sending from company-wide or workflow addresses, with optional utilization of Salesforce.com email-to-case routing addresses and case IDs for associating and storing email replies, delivery proof receipts, and returned signed contracts.
