The service is part of Evolve IP's complete suite of virtual desktop services that improve associate productivity while simplifying their deployment and management for IT professionals. A member of the VMware vCloud® Air™ Network Program, Evolve IP will offer cloud-hosted virtual desktops and applications using the VMware Horizon DaaS Bundle to meet end-user demand for full-featured virtual desktops and applications on any device. Evolve IP announced the launch of IT as a Service (ITaaS) which provides outsourced management services and sophisticated self-administration tools for IT departments. Designed for organizations with limited or maxed-out resources, Evolve IP's ITaaS allows IT departments to regain precious time so they can increase productivity, improve user satisfaction and better focus on strategic initiatives. Evolve IP ITaaS is a package-based solution that is designed to support IT departmental needs. The service leverages Evolve IP's extensive technology experience, nationwide support staff and cloud services and includes: RMM - RMM provides IT departments with a remote management console for existing physical workstations and laptops, as well as virtual desktops.
