T3 Motion, Inc. announced the engagement of TAAD LLP as their new independent registered public accountant to complete the audits and reviews of all of outstanding financial statements, including those that were not completed under previous management for fiscal years 2012 through 2015. On September 26, 2016, T3 Motion, Inc. notified KMJ Corbin & Company LLP that KMJ was dismissed as the company's independent registered public accounting firm.

T3 Motion Announces Management Changes

T3 Motion, Inc. announced its new Board and the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Noel Cherowbrier has been appointed by T3 Motion's Board of Directors as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The appointment is made pursuant to an order in the Delaware Court of Chancery which also confirmed the new board of directors, comprised of Mr. Michael (Mi) Zhang, Mr. Ryan (Ran) Yao, Mr. Josh (Ying Jie) Xu, Mr. David (Yi Bing) Liu, Mr. Ki Nam and Mr. David Snowden as directors of the Company. Mr. Zhang is the owner of Elite Horse Investments Ltd., which is a shareholder in the Company, and also the Company's new Chairman. Mr. Ki Nam is the original founder of T3 Motion and designer of the T3 vehicle, and Mr. David Snowden is the recently retired Chief of Beverly Hills Police Department, and former Chief of Police for the cities of Costa Mesa and Baldwin Park.
