Kenshoo has announced a new partnership with Conversed. Under the partnership, Conversed will use Kenshoo Social to manage social advertising campaigns for its clients on Facebook and Twitter. Kenshoo Social is an advanced platform that automates the creation, management, and optimisation of highly-targeted social marketing campaigns. Kenshoo Ltd. is planning an initial public offering on a U.S. exchange next year that could value it at about $750 million, according to Chief Executive Officer Yoav Izhar-Prato. Kenshoo has been in talks with financial institutions for a New York listing, Izhar-Prato said. “It’s healthy for us to be a public company,” Izhar-Prato said in a phone interview on October 6, 2014.
