WiTricity announced that it has named Morris Kesler, Ph.D. as Chief Technology Officer. Kesler, who has served as WiTricity's Vice President of Research and Development, replaces Katie Hall, Ph.D. as WiTricity CTO. Dr. Hall will remain associated with the company as a key technology advisor. In this new role, Kesler will lead the strategic vision for the company's foundational wireless power transfer technology. Part of Kesler's responsibilities will be to ensure that WiTricity stays at the technological vanguard for wireless power transfer over distance via magnetic resonance. Dr. Kesler joined WiTricity in 2007 as Chief Engineer before being named Vice President of Research and Development in 2013. Prior to joining WiTricity, he was a founder of Wide Net Technologies, which developed unique optical communication and sensing systems for both government and industry.

WiTricity announced that it has named Donald R. Peck as chief financial officer (CFO). Peck, who brings deep experience in both public and private companies, will join the executive management team and lead WiTricity's finance and accounting operations. Joanne Bryce, WiTricity's current CFO, will remain with the company in a key consulting role. Prior to his role at LoJack, Peck served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer at Satcon Technology Corporation.
