Bancolombia S.A. Reports Unaudited Consolidated Earnings Results for the First Quarter Ended March 31, 2017; Provides Financial Guidance for the Year 2017

Bancolombia S.A. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017. For the quarter, the company reported interest income of COP 4,202,956 million against COP 3,668,507 million last year. Net interest income was COP 2,621,306 million against COP 2,299,499 million last year. Profit before tax was COP 998,738 million against COP 979,124 million last year. Net income was COP 608,754 million against COP 397,366 million last year. Net income attributable to the equity holders of the parent company was COP 608,754 million against COP 392,721 million a year ago. Total operating income, net was COP 2,857,505 million against COP 2,752,760 million a year ago. Net income per ADS from continuing operations was COP 0.88 against COP 0.54 a year ago. Each ex-dividend period will be the period beginning 4 trading days before each payment date through such payment date, as follows: March 28, 2017, June 27, 2017, September 26, 2017 and December 20, 2017.
