Singapore Airlines Limited (SGX:C6L) does not intend to acquire Tiger Airways Australia Pty Ltd. fully. Singapore Airlines said in October 2014 that it would raise its stake in Tiger to about 55% from 40%. "At this time, a takeover offer is not under consideration," Goh Choon Phong, Chief Executive Officer, said.
