Warner Music Group Corp. has appointed Dion Singer as executive vice president, or EVP, of creative marketing, Warner Bros. Records Inc., based in Los Angeles. Records, and will be responsible for all aspects of marketing popular acts. He will build innovative strategies and deliver promotional assets to shape artists' brands, develop their careers and enhance the reach of their music. Singer will work alongside Brian Frank, Executive vice president, Marketing & Strategy, Warner Bros. Records, who joined the label in September. Appleton will report to Stu Bergen, President, International, Warner Recorded Music. In this role, Appleton will provide creative support and guidance to affiliate teams across the globe to maximize promotional and commercial opportunities for artists.
