Executive AirShare Corporation Announces New Appointments

Executive AirShare announced a new chief financial officer and promotions for two key executives. Matt Druten has spent more than two decades in various leadership roles. He began his career at Deloitte and Touche, then went on to work in a variety of business development and financial roles. He was CFO at SPX Corporation, running global strategic development. During his career he has led over $2.5 billion of business development transactions. Prior to joining EAS, he was the President at Freightquote, where he had previously served as the CFO from 2011 to 2014. Druten received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kansas. Kyle McCracken has been promoted to director of scheduling. McCracken joined Executive AirShare in 2010 as a customer service supervisor. He offers more than a decade of experience in aviation, including work as a line service technician, flight dispatcher and an aircraft sales intern. He served as an owner services representative for CitationAir before coming to Executive AirShare. One of his focuses as a manager has been to develop extensive training programs for both new hires and for existing employees, McCracken earned a bachelor’s degree in aviation technology from the University of Central Missouri. He holds a pilot’s certificate with an instrument rating. Lori Harlow, former controller for EAS, has been promoted to vice president of accounting and controller. Harlow joined Executive AirShare in 2009 as accounting manager and was promoted to controller in 2011. Prior to joining Executive AirShare, she served as an inventory accounting supervisor at Embarq and as a senior financial analyst at Sprint. She holds designations both as a CPA and as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Harlow holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Baker University.
