Prescient Partners with Trammell Crow Company for Second Denver Multi-Family Housing Project

Prescient announced its second Denver partnership with Trammell Crow Company (TCC), this time for the Alexan 20th Street Station, a 12-story multi-family residential structure which will house 354 apartments in Denver. The structure is located at 20th Street Station on 1.14 acres at 2014 California St. in Denver. This is Prescient’s second apartment construction project with TCC. Their first project, the Alexan Uptown apartments, is now pre-leasing at 1935 N. Logan St. in Denver. The new 287,000 square-foot 20th Street structure will include eight stories of Prescient framing on top of a four-story concrete podium.

Trammell Crow Company announced that Clyde Wright and Parker Larson have joined the company's Northern California Business Unit in San Francisco. Clyde Wright has been appointed Senior Vice President. He began his career with TCC in 2013 with the Seattle Business Unit and was instrumental in development of the recently completed 929 Office Tower in Bellevue, WA. In his new role, Wright will be a core addition to a senior project team on Diridon Station in San Jose, assuming development and construction responsibilities on one of the largest projects across the TCC portfolio. Currently in for approvals with the City, this transitoriented Silicon Valley development includes approximately 1 million square feet of Class A office buildings, 325 luxury apartment units developed by High Street Residential, and amenity retail including the restoration of the San Jose Water Company Building. Prior to TCC, Wright was a Development Director with Schnitzer West. With more than 37 years in the industry, Wright has been responsible for design, construction and development exceeding 12 million square feet of commercial office buildings and tenant improvements, retail, industrial, transportation, single and multi-family projects. Parker Larson joins TCC as a Senior Associate, where he will assume an integral role assisting project execution on Diridon Station and other initiatives, including new business opportunities and the management of current TCC projects in-process throughout the Northern California region. He joins TCC from Salt Lake City where he worked for CBRE, focusing on macroeconomic research and industrial, office, and retail product. Larson has broad experience in both real estate and law, including managing a family-owned investment company with interests in student housing and commercial ground leases.

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) announced that three people have been promoted within the firm's SoCal Los Angeles Business Unit: Karen Shorr, Alex Valente and Christina Lee. Karen Shorr - Senior Vice President: In this role, Karen is responsible for managing office, industrial and residential projects from entitlements and approvals through construction. Karen joined TCC in 2004 and has more than 20 years of experience managing design, construction and the development of more than 2 million square feet of mixed-use commercial real estate projects, representing approximately $200 million. Alex Valente - Vice President: Alex is responsible for all financial underwriting and market analysis of acquisition opportunities and also manages all equity and debt relationships including preparation of all internal Investment Committee funding and development requests. Property types include office, industrial, multifamily, medical office, vacant land and retail. Alex has focused his time on acquisition opportunities within Greater Los Angeles. Christina Lee - Vice President: Christina is focused on deal shaping and the execution of new developments through all phases of the development process. She has particular experience with mixed use, multifamily, and office projects. Currently, she manages the development of LA Plaza Village, a mixed-used project comprised of 355 residential units and 43,000 square feet of commercial in the historic El Pueblo District in Los Angeles. Christina also serves as the point person on the 42-acre Taylor Yard development opportunity along the Los Angeles River.
