Electric Lightwave Announces Management Changes

Integra Telecom Holdings Inc. announced that it is splitting into two standalone businesses, Electric Lightwave and Integra. Electric Lightwave announced changes to board of directors. Bob Guth has been named executive chairman. Paul Sunu, will serve as vice chairman of the board as well as chairman of the audit committee. Jesse Selnick, CFO, has been elected to the board. Guth joined the company's board of directors in 2009 and has extensive leadership experience in networking and telecommunications, including positions with Integra, Level 3 Communications, TelCove, and Lumos Networks. From September 2014 through August 2015, Guth served as interim president and CEO of Integra. As executive chairman, Guth will focus on areas where execution will have an outsized impact on the company's overall strategic success.

Scot Oslund Joins Electric Lightwave as Vice President, Premier Channel

Following the recent formation of its Integra Business and Electric Lightwave business units, Integra has made several executive appointments as the company builds out its leadership team to advance the benefits of its strategic network assets, customer-dedicated resources and fiber-driven technology offerings to organizations in the mid-market and enterprise segments. Scot Oslund joins Electric Lightwave as vice president, premier channel. Oslund comes to Electric Lightwave with more than 30 years of telecommunications experience, most recently with tw telecom, where he led wholesale and carrier sales. At Electric Lightwave, Oslund will oversee sales and account management for key customers in tier one markets. Oslund will report to Dan Stoll. Stoll was named president of Electric Lightwave in January after 15 years with Integra where he most recently served as the company's senior vice president of strategy and development.
