Johnson Controls Inc. announced that its wholly-owned entity, York Malaysia Sales and Service Sdn Bhd, or YMSS, will become the exclusive distributor of YORK unitary air-conditioners, starting July 1, 2015. This will bring the full range of YORK air-conditioning products - from easy-to-operate residential units to complex applications - under one entity. YORK branded unitary products will now be equipped with YORK parts and professional service. Under the terms of the sale, YORK unitary products will continue to be distributed through Group Associated Sdn Bhd until June 30, 2015.
