Quick Reportedly To Be Sold To Investors

Quick will be sold to investors, De Tijd reported on Saturday citing sources in the know. Qualium Investissement, owner of Quick has hired The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE:GS) and Rothschild & Co (ENXTPA:PAOR) to manage the sale process. As per De Tijd, the two potential buyers are Oaktree Capital Group, LLC (NYSE:OAK) and TDR Capital.

Colony Capital Reportedly To Acquire Feu Vert

Colony Capital, Inc. (NYSE:CLNY) is in talks to buy 65% stake in Feu Vert SAS from Qualium Investissement, two people with knowledge of the discussions told Reuters. Qualium had no comment, a spokesman said. Colony did not respond to requests for comment.

Hamburger Chain Quick Reportedly Up For Sale

Qualium Investissement is reportedly been looking a buyer for Quick Restaurants S.A. Qualium is understood to have mandated investment banks Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) and Rothschild to lead-manage a sale that could fetch some €800 million. It is unknown at what stage the selling process is. According to the newspapers, there are five interested parties, primarily investment funds.
