In this position, Kotsen will oversee Deltek's global services organization and report directly to Mike Corkery, Deltek's President and CEO. Kotsen brings 25 years of experience in software technology, consulting and managed services to Deltek. Most recently, he has been providing consulting services to senior executives and leadership teams across the enterprise software space.
