NBGI Private Equity To Reportedly Spin Off

NBGI Private Equity Limited is being spun off into a new company that will be led by its existing management and will be backed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. and DB Private Equity GmbH, Financial News reported citing people familiar with the negotiations. Companies House records show that a new limited liability partnership was set up called Stage Capital, based at the same London address as NBGI Private Equity Limited's existing office. It counts four of NBGI Private Equity Limited's senior team members namely James Huckle, Lawrence Dean, Aris Constantinides and Antoine Raoux as members.
