The high-speed railway line linking London to the Channel Tunnel could be put up for sale with a £3.6 billion price tag. Its owners, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Borealis Infrastructure Trust, are understood to be mulling a sale just six years after paying £2.1 billion for a 30-year contract to run the line used by Eurostar and Southern services. The owners are said to have appointed Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an adviser.

Mr. Taylor, who joined the company in 2012, is currently Regional Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa and is located in the London office, which he continues to head. In his new role he will have oversight responsibility for the company international operations presence in London and Hong Kong. He will continue to report to Mr. Graven Larsen.
