Frontier Airlines, Inc. Will Add an Additional 29 Nonstop Flights Per Week
Feb 23 15
U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown welcomed news that Frontier Airlines will add an additional 29 nonstop flights per week from Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG). Brown has been a longtime advocate for CVG. In August 2014, Brown applauded recommendations made by Kentucky Auditor Adam Edelen that would overhaul the CVG Airport Executive Board, ensuring Ohioans would have voting authority on issues facing the Airport. This followed his urging of Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear (D-KY) to revisit the composition of the CVG Airport Executive Board so that CVG can best serve the Greater Cincinnati region in the highly-competitive commercial aviation market.
