Savills Studley Announces Pacific Northwest Expansion; Announces Management Changes

Savills Studley announced it expanded its U.S. presence to include an office in the Seattle metropolitan area. The move creates a foothold for Savills Studley in the Pacific Northwest, and positions the company to meet the real estate needs of the region’s many commercial tenants.
Eric Blohm and Eric Leland, formerly of Mohr Partners, Inc., joined Savills Studley as Senior Managing Directors to oversee the firm’s Seattle operations and bring a combined 50 years of experience representing tenants. Seattle already serves as the West Coast hub for the company’s Worldwide Occupier Services platform, led by Senior Managing Director Jose Oncina. Savills Studley also announced the addition of Managing Director Marcelo Garces, Assistant Directors Steve Perkins and Ian Ducharme and Administrative Assistant Rebecca Kasper to its Seattle office. These professionals join Savills Studley from Mohr Partners, where they worked under Blohm and Leland.

Savills Studley appointed Tyler Hardy as a Managing Director of the firm’s industrial division in Chicago. Tyler will add his acquisition and disposition expertise to the firm’s growing industrial team in Chicago, and is one of several high-profile professionals to have joined the firm recently. In his new role, Hardy will work with Senior Managing Bruce McConnell to develop and expand the existing roster of industrial clients in the greater Chicago area, as well as on a national and global basis. Prior to Savills Studley, Hardy served as a vice president of acquisitions and dispositions at JLL.
Savills Studley Appoints Cara Leonard as Senior Managing Director in Los Angeles

Savills Studley announced the addition of Cara Leonard, who will join the groups Hotel Investment Banking platform as Senior Managing Director in Los Angeles. Cara will be part of Savills Global Hotel Group led by George Nicholas. Prior to joining Savills Studley, Cara was the strategic head of the structured finance platform at Lowe Enterprise Investors (LEI) where she was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and negotiating debt and preferred equity investments in hotels.
