Entergy Mississippi, Inc. announced that on June 13, 2016 it will redeem all of its outstanding First Mortgage Bonds, 6% Series due November 1, 2032, in the amount of $75,000,000 (the Bonds), at the redemption price of 100% of the principal amount thereof (the Redemption Price) plus accrued interest thereon to but excluding the Redemption Date. On the Redemption Date, provided that the trustee has received sufficient funds to complete the redemption, the Redemption Price, together with accrued interest to but excluding the Redemption Date, shall become due and payable on each Bond, and on and after the Redemption Date, the Bonds shall cease to bear interest.
