NanoH 2 O, Inc. has released version 2.2 of its intuitive Q+ projection software. This new version allows users to output process flow diagrams, input pass-specific membrane aging and performance, select water types suitable for projections under brackish conditions and model silica rejection and scaling. In addition, Q+ is now available in simplified Chinese (Mandarin).
NanoH 2 O, Inc. to Supply Nanocomposite Reverse Osmosis Membranes for Two Desalination Plants

NanoH 2 O, Inc. has been selected for two large projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The first project, awarded by Al Fatah Water and Power International, is for phase II of the Jubail desalination plant in which QuantumFlux membranes will produce 13,000 cubic meters of water per day. The second project, a desalination plant to be designed by AES Arabia at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology Research Park, will produce 15,000 cubic meters of water per day. Both installations are scheduled for 2014. The contracts are a testament to the growing global market acceptance of innovative membrane technology and the benefits of QuantumFlux membranes.
