APAC Customer Services, Inc. announced that it plans to fill more than 150 new Work at Home positions, now through the end of 2014. These positions, which will operate as part of the company at Home platform, will provide customer care services for a leading client. The agents, who will be based in Phoenix, AZ and Cedar Rapids, IA, will work from their own homes via the company atHome technology platform. This industry-leading virtual contact center suite creates individual operating centers for each agent the company Homecenters and is enabled by the company’s enterprise wide security, learning, operations and management tools. As a result, employees work exclusively as remote agents, following their initial on-site training.
