CSS Corp. announced the opening of its new global delivery centre in International Tech Park (ITPB), Bangalore to house the company’s expanding Infrastructure Management and Tech Support Business. With the opening of the new delivery centre, CSS Corp. has five fully equipped delivery centers in India - 3 in Chennai and 2 in Bangalore. The new facility in Bangalore is entirely compliant with the best-in-class IT infrastructure, robust security, client specific compliance requirements and sustainability standards. The 34,000 square feet new delivery center features 320 workstations and enables CSS Corp. to provide future ready services to its customers. CSS Corp. will be further expanding the facility with net addition of 12,000 square feet and 200 workstations.

CSS Corp. has appointed Manish Tandon as its new Chief Executive Officer of the company. He will be inducted as a whole time director of the board and as CEO later this quarter. He will take over from "Tiger" TG Ramesh, the current CEO who now transitions to a strategic advisor role as a non-executive director on the board. This is in line with the company's strategy to have its CEO based in the US, which is its largest market. An IIT Kanpur alumnus, and a Gold Medalist from IIM Bangalore, Manish has spent nearly two decades at Infosys building and delivering value to global clients across the IT-enabled Services value chain. After his early experience in software delivery and operations, Manish moved into client and business management roles. He grew the Testing business for Infosys significantly, and has operated across a range of geographies, horizontals and business verticals - including Retail /CPG and Financial Services & Insurance. He is currently the head of Healthcare & Life Sciences, Insurance and High-Tech Manufacturing businesses at Infosys. He also is a director on the board of Infosys Lodestone, Infosys Public Services and EdgeVerve.
Partners Group Looks To Sell CSS Corp

Partners Group Holding AG (SWX:PGHN) has initiated discussions to sell CSS Corp. The deal values CSS at $400-$450 million. Infosys Limited (NSEI:INFY), Tata Consultancy Services Limited (NSEI:TCS), The Blackstone Group L.P. (NYSE:BX), The Carlyle Group LP (NasdaqGS:CG) and Apax Partners LLP could be potential buyers. Avendus Capital has been tasked with managing the auction process, multiple sources told ET. " Partners denied any such development. "Unfortunately, these rumours are completely unfounded. There is no exit plan on the horizon and we have not approached any of the firms or companies mentioned," it said in an email response to ET.
