YouMail has launched YouRang, a new service to capture and respond to phone leads, specifically for small businesses who rely on inbound phone-based lead traffic. Currently available through an invite-only beta, this new solution automatically answers, captures and responds to inbound phone leads whenever someone isn’t available to pick up the call. YouRang provides a solution for that exact problem. Here’s how it works: Callers are personally greeted and given options to leave a message or try to connect to a pre-selected alternative number. Any message left by the caller is transcribed, delivered, and stored. The caller is automatically texted links to the relevant website and a form to capture additional information. All captured information about the lead and the time they called is emailed and stored.
