Gardner Denver Inc. announced that Tim Sullivan has decided to step down as President and CEO of the company. Tim will be succeeded by current Gardner Denver board member Peter Wallace who will become CEO effective immediately. Mr. Wallace has a wide and varied background as a senior executive in global industrial equipment manufacturing, spanning nearly 40 years. Mr. Wallace currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Gardner Denver Inc., Applied Industrial Technologies, Rogers Corporation, and The Crosby Group. From 2004 until it was acquired in February 2013 by National Oilwell Varco, Mr. Wallace served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of Robbins & Myers Inc.
