Caring.com Partner with Reputation.com to Drive More Senior Living Insights for Consumers and Providers
Dec 10 13
Reputation.com has partnered with Caring.com to deliver better consumer-driven insights to people seeking senior living communities for aging loved ones. Through the new agreement, Reputation.com will pull Caring.com’s reviews into its reputation for business product, a cloud-based platform that enables its assisted living and nursing home clients to immediately see and respond to new feedback from consumers. Additionally, the reviews that consumers provide via Reputation.com-furnished kiosks at these care providers will be submitted to Caring.com’s site so that others will have the opportunity to see more perspectives about a senior living community they’re considering for themselves or loved ones.
