NES Financial Corp. Key Developments

CrossHarbor Capital Partners Selects NES Financial Intelligent EB-5 Solutions

NES Financial announced that CrossHarbor Capital Partners has selected its Intelligent EB-5 Solutions – Escrow Administration, Fund Administration, and Immigration Workflow – on the company’s current EB-5 project. The EB-5 visa program, created in 1990, encourages investment into projects that stimulate U.S. job growth, while providing an opportunity for foreign nationals to become lawful permanent residents. While relatively obscure in early decades, recent years have seen exponential growth in the use of this capital in projects of all types and sizes. Commercial real estate developers in particular have gravitated strongly toward EB-5 funds, frequently making it a standard part of their capital stacks. CrossHarbor Capital Partners, working with Northern Rockies Regional Center, is using EB-5 capital to expand the residential and amenity space of the existing Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana. With $1.5 billion in real estate sales since buying the club, and the purchase of two existing communities in the area, CrossHarbor Capital Partners is committed to bringing in capital and jobs to Big Sky.

AISA Investment Advisers Selects NES Financial’s EB-5 Fund Administration Solution

NES Financial announced that it has been selected by AISA Investment Advisers as the independent third party fund administrator for the company’s EB-5 Client’s Managed Investment Account. NES Financial’s Intelligent EB-5 Solutions have been used on more than 350 projects representing over $14 billion in EB-5 capital. NES Financial’s suite of Intelligent EB-5 Solutions was built to cover the entire EB-5 life cycle from start to finish and can also be used on non-EB-5 projects to track the funds throughout the whole process. The Solutions were built around the company’s principles of security, transparency, and compliance - messages that resonate well with investors and can help increase the marketability of a project.
