PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (JKSE:WSKT) is currently planning its second phase of toll road divestments in second half of 2017.

PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk to Raise $123.8 Million in Private Placement of Bond

PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk announced that it is planning to raise IDR 1,650,000 million ($123.8 million) from an issue of a bond in a private placement. The plan is part of a multiple years bond sale to raise IDR 5,000,000 million ($374 million) in three tranches. The bonds will come in two tenors, Series A, which matures in three years and Series B, which matures in five years. The 3-year bonds, worth IDR 747,000 million ($55.87 million), offer an annual coupon rate of around 8.5%, while the 5-year bonds, worth IDR 910,000 million ($68.06 million), offer a coupon rate of 9%. The bond will be offered to investors from February 15-16, before being listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on February 22, 2017.
