With a simple, bright, streamlined welcome screen, fuseMe provides one-click access to a wealth of functionality through an entirely new, graphically attractive and intuitive interface, providing a more advanced experience (UX) for users. For the enterprise, fuseMe also integrates with third party authentication systems, such as Office 365, LinkedIn, Google +, Janrain, GitHub, and more. In addition, fuseMe 4.0 is built on the forge SDK, a rich communications and WebRTC toolkit that provides a stable and highly secure foundation, making it the secret weapon of any mobile gameplan. fuseMe 4.0 for Android and iOS, has been designed with both operating systems in mind, making the user experience consistent and seamless with current user expectations across both camps. The dynamic elements of the new fuseMe UI and UX design, such as an easy viewing platform and accessibility to core features, is all part of the homepage menu and activity screens, driving defined user interactivity and social connectivity. Acision and Blacc Spot Media Inc. Join Forces to Create Richer, Compelling Communication Experiences for Enterprises and Consumers
Jan 6 15
Acision announced its partnership with Blacc Spot Media Inc. By combining Blacc Spot Media's innovation in creating cutting-edge applications, with Acision's innovation in web and mobile engagement technology both companies can deliver next-generation communication solutions for consumers and enterprises, built using Acision's forge SDK, part of the forge by Acision platform. As pioneers in WebRTC, the collaboration provides joint expertise in building innovative solutions which help enterprises rapidly prototype and deploy commercial-grade, engagement applications that meet the needs of their stakeholders, while providing a great user experience. Blacc Spot Media's first project with Acision is to build a banking prototype, showcasing how a customer can connect directly to an available customer service representative or agent via a kiosk/tablet application in the simulated banking environment. The Acision/Blacc Spot Media demonstration highlights a scenario, where a customer needs support while browsing a banking website or application via a kiosk/tablet. By clicking the "Live Help Now" button, the customer is presented with a list of available agents and their agent pin number. To start a live chat session, the customer simply clicks on the agent's "Live Help Now" button and connects directly with an agent who can solve their needs. The added bonus of providing a pin is that when the customer goes back to browsing there will be the option to connect directly to the agent again, with the pin acting as a phone number extension. This enhances the user experience as the customer can speak to the same agent who already understands their requirements. Additionally, if a customer has a prescheduled meeting with an agent, they can connect right away via the application.
Acision Releases Latest Version of fuseMe Smart Communications Client
Jul 3 14
Acision announced the launch of the latest version of its fuseMe app, an all-in-one, smart communications client for messaging, sharing and beyond. As a white-label app, aimed at operators and enterprises, fuseMe by Acision builds on the company's previous release, launched at Mobile World Congress 2014, and combines all of today's over-the-top (OTT) communication capabilities such as chat, file sharing, video and VoIP, with more advanced, unique features such as in-app web browsing, split screen with drag and drop functionality, alongside "Share my View" and the option to integrate WebRTC capabilities. Fully RCS compliant, meeting standards set by the GSMA, fuseMe takes smart communications to another level by augmenting core features with multi-way group sharing, rich and pre-packaged content channels, a gaming catalogue, in addition to interoperability with SMS and MMS. Integration with SMS and MMS means chat or messaging can fall back to these services when a data or broadband connection is unavailable, while enabling users to interact with friends, contacts and colleagues not using fuseMe to ensure a truly global reach to all mobile users, regardless of handset type or network. The fuseMe app is currently available on both iOS and Google Play app stores, but as a white-label offering primarily focused at the operator and enterprise communities, it can be adapted, customised and branded, with the option to select the features and services that most appeal to their customers or target audiences.
